02Service
FlameReel provides short-form drama viewing and related experiences for TikTok users and plans to support the service through in-app advertising (IAA). Features and availability may vary by region, device and version. We work to maintain the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
03Eligibility
Follow applicable law and platform rules. We never ask for your TikTok password. The service is not directed to children; obtain any consent required by local law.
04Content and rights
Service content is owned by 焰维傳媒有限公司 or its licensors. Do not copy, sell, scrape, reverse engineer or remove rights notices without permission. Content you submit must be lawful and yours to provide, and you grant us the limited license needed to operate and secure the service.
05TikTok integration
TikTok processes its platform data independently under its own policies. We do not claim TikTok sponsorship or endorsement, remove watermarks, or use APIs outside authorized scopes.
06Advertising
IAA advertisements may be supplied by third-party advertising providers. Their delivery, measurement and data practices are governed by their own policies. Where required by law, we request consent before personalized advertising and provide device or in-service controls to manage it.
07Safety and termination
Do not attack the service, upload malware, impersonate others, manipulate metrics, infringe rights or bypass review. We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety, law or these terms.
08Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability, except for liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
09Changes
We may update these terms for service, legal or security reasons and will update the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
