This policy applies to the FlameReel mini app and this legal website, operated by 焰维傳媒有限公司 ("we"). We process only information needed for features that are actually enabled.

Depending on the feature you use, this may include technical request logs (such as IP address, browser, time and errors), device and app version, content progress, and information you choose to send when contacting support. For IAA advertising, advertising identifiers, device signals, ad impressions, clicks, frequency and anti-fraud signals may be processed for delivery, measurement, billing and security. TikTok identifiers or data are obtained only after your authorization and only within the requested integration scope.

03Purpose and sharing

We use information to provide requested features, protect security, respond to support, maintain service reliability, deliver and measure IAA advertising, and comply with law. We may disclose the minimum necessary information to hosting, delivery, security, support, advertising, measurement or other processors under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information or use TikTok data for unauthorized profiling.

04Retention and transfers

Information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, disputes, backups or legal duties, then deleted, anonymized or isolated. Providers may process information outside your region; we apply safeguards required by applicable law.

05Your rights

You may also manage personalized advertising through your device settings or any in-service controls. For data held by TikTok on TikTok services, use the TikTok privacy request form.

06Security

We use reasonable access controls, encryption in transit, least privilege, monitoring and backup safeguards. No online system is completely secure; report suspected incidents promptly.

07Children

The service is not directed to children. If a guardian believes a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as required by law.

08Changes

We may update this policy for legal, business or technical changes and will update the effective date. Material changes will be presented in an appropriate way.
